Bruno Rodrigues received his doctoral degree from the University of Zurich, in 2020, at the Communication Systems Group under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Burkhard Stiller. He obtained his master's degree in Computer Engineering from the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo, Brazil, in 2016. Previously, he obtained a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of the State of Santa Catarina, Brazil, in 2013.
Bruno Rodrigues worked as a Senior Researcher at the University of Zurich from 2020 until 2024, where he also worked as a Junior Researcher from 2016 until 2020 while doing his PhD. During this time, he worked on several research projects, such as the EU CONCORDIA H2020, and applied research projects with KTI and Innosuisse. During this period, he worked on topics related to network security (Distributed Denial-of-Service), Blockchains, and applied network sensing tracking and tracing mobile devices in real-time.
Previously, he worked as a Junior Researcher at the Sustainability Laboratory of the Polytechnique School of the University of São Paulo from 2013 until 2016, where he obtained his master's degree. During this period, he worked on research projects with Ericsson Research Sweden in the field of network programmability and cloud networks oriented to energy efficiency.
